CRANIOSACRAL BIODYNAMICS
Craniosacral Self-Regulation & C.S. training:
The amazing hands-on method, based on a non-doing approach. Following body parameters to reactivate a body’s own capacity to re-align. Mind-blowing possibilities with following the body’s own guidance. Allowing the Body Intelligence to cope with the symptoms and diseases. Enjoy re-balancing your whole system from within and get your life force energies amplified.

INTRODUCTION CRANIOSACRAL Self-Regulation

Still, for many people unknown that the mammal bodies consists of 3 physiological pulses:
HEART beat (70 – 100 p.min.);
Breath / Respiration rate (12 – 16 p. min.);
Craniosacral rate (8-12 p.min.)
also still unknown that the head-bones needs subtle movements.
How does it work?

Be aware of the Impermanence of life and the dynamic of change and transformation!
The therapist feels the so-called Craniosacral pulse everywhere in the body, particularly at the cranial bones. It’s a work with the hands through the sense of touch, the art of palpating to enable the receiving of more subtle movements in the body and also receiving all the information needed to facilitate an alignment process. Different kinds of parameters are inspected such as amplitude, frequency, symmetry + quality of the Craniosacral pulse. The therapist gets an insight into the client’s physical conditions and emotional connections.
Palpation (similar to a wine tester) is the art of using touch to examine the body and explore the structures beneath the skin – their forms, movements, and relationships to each other. Through palpation, you can discover the normal or abnormal function of an organ; the mobility of a joint with its muscular, ligaments, and tendentious attachments; the motion of one bone compared to another; and the flow of body fluids. You can even use palpation to monitor the electromagnetic field surrounding the body.
Focal- / Vivid points are the bones. the membranes, the fluid system in inter-activity!
Gentle techniques are being used to release, in case of restrictions and irregularities in the system. The goal is a relief and letting go on all levels and dimensions; so also the mechanical movement of the different parts of the craniosacral system is back to flexibility and authentic motions. so self-regulation and body alignment appear. Often long-lasting pain disappears.
The Craniosacral TRAINING’S contain 4 levels; each level covers a 4-day training course, later on, repeating days will behold. After each level, the students need some months for practicing & to integrate the new techniques and to develop their own sensitive skills. The clients will be the best teachers.
A certification of participation ship will be given, after all a certification of merit too.
Additional VISCERAL Osteopathy 2 training courses of 4 days are available too. Visceral is an alignment work related to the organs of the body and their related structures. It’s complementary to Craniosacral and also a hands-on method.
Through Craniosacral balancing
the life force energy gets amplified
Brief History:
W.G. Sutherland discovered in the 1920s that the cranium bones make rhythmical movements, which continue to the sacrum. He developed techniques with which he could influence this system. His work was known as cranial osteopathy or the “Inner breath”.
Dr. J.E. Upledger found out again that there are rhythmical movements in the Dura mater spinal (cerebral membrane). This was in 1975; in the next 10 years together with a team of specialists, they developed the craniosacral concept, therapy, and start teaching this new method in 1986.
Craniosacral is a part of the Osteopathy approach. Likewise, the Visceral treatment, which focused on the inner organ movements.
The modern way of Craniosacral is the so-called Biodynamic version means you are more in tune with the Fluid body (Energetic Body) and the Body Intelligence (Wisdom Field) and Primary Respiration (Long Tide). Creating SPACE, giving TIME and CONSCIOUSNESS that the body owns the ability to regulate and to heal is available and ALLOWED!
The Craniosacral system:
Consists of:
Source: Skull modell colour German product
– cranial bones, the spine, and sacrum
– cerebral membrane
– cerebral liquid
Through production and re-absorption of the cerebral liquid, the cerebral membrane pulsates at a rate of 6 to 12 cycles per minute. It is the as high and low tide of the sea. Because of this movement also the cranial bones need flexibility. The therapist feels with his/her hands the different shifts of the bones and he/she feels the movement of the membrane called Craniosacral pulse. It is a physiological pulse like the cardiovascular and the breathing. The Craniosacral system is a half-closed, hydraulic system because of the exchange of liquid between the blood system and cerebral liquid.
A healthy function of the brain and the central nervous system is dependent on a non-disturbance and tension-free mechanism of the Craniosacral system. If the cranial bones are not possible to adapt to the permanent changing of the movement from the membranes or the membrane itself is contracted, it could be that you will find different kinds of physical and psychological symptoms related to restrictions inside the Craniosacral System
Top treatable symptoms:
– Migraine, various forms of imbalances
– Chronic head- and back pain
– Sinusitis, Pelvic floor dysfunctions
– Slip disc and spinal column disorders,
– Concentration- and sleeping disorders
– Hyperactivity, Autism, Learning difficulty,
– Eyes- and ears disturbance
– Restlessness, unspecific fears, etc.
– Jaw joint syndrome,
– Some Depressions, Hormonal disturbance

Often causes:
– Birth complications, growing times,
– Systemic tension (Family, School, Job…)
– Accidents, Incidents, Traumatic impacts (emotional pressures…)
– Long period of stress, Burn Out,
– Infections of the central nervous system
– Indigestion, Environmental, Pollution,
– Long and intense dental intervention
– Not released strong emotional feelings
– Lost of identity and life sense
Free movement means a healthy function
At the beginning of each session, the patient lies down on the treatment table and just relaxes. The therapist then checks different parts of the body on their resonance to the craniosacral rhythm. For that purpose, the therapist puts his hands gently on appointed parts of the body, especially on the cranial bones and the sacrum, because here the movement can be felt most easily. Because of the differentiated perception, the treatment steps are tightened. The goal of the treatment is an increase in the body’s own ability to self-regulation and adjustments.

Life is rhythm & movement!
Everything is in constant change!
Often the client’s body “Unwind” itself– (the client “moves” the body in order to disentangle & release stagnation)
Or a Somato Emotional Release process appears
