– Inter-Being! I am because you are! This is because of that!Learning to look deeply in the Nature of Inter-Being! Get Insight of the Inter-Are!
Ask yourself some questions:
What are the roots of my suffering?
What’s about wrong perceptions and rigid mental formations?
Which emotional / mental program are running me?
Observe when mental formations got manifest (not about good/bad, right/wrong…)
Don’t cling to them or push them away. Simply recognize those mental formations!
Pay attention in the way of Mindfulness and with skills of Transformation.
